NuGreatSkin is an independent authorised reseller of genuine Nu Skin products. We are not owned by Nu Skin Enterprises and operate this boutique store separately. All products sold are genuine Nu Skin items sourced through authorised channels.

• Where a recommended retail price is shown, the discounted or member price reflects the price available to you on our store.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Orders and payment

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
• If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a refund or replacement.
• You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Returns and refunds

• We accept returns of unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued at 90% of the purchase price (a 10% restocking fee applies to cover handling and payment processing costs).
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.
