• Complimentary shipping on Australian orders over $99 AUD.
• Standard Australia: $10.95 AUD (2–6 business days).
• Express Australia: $14.95 AUD (1–3 business days).
• New Zealand: $19.95 AUD (5–10 business days).
• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

United States orders ship from our US warehouse at 275 E 1325 S, Provo, UT 84606, United States.

Shipping is always charged according to the rates below.

• Standard: $4.99 USD (3–8 business days).
• Express: $15.00 USD (2–3 business days).
• Premium weekday delivery: $35.00 USD (1–2 business days).
• Premium Saturday delivery: $45.00 USD.
• Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Canadian orders are dispatched from our Canadian fulfilment partner (Nu Skin C/O DPD Warehouse, Oldbury) via international courier.

• Standard shipping: CA$9.95 flat rate (3–8 business days).
• GST/HST and applicable provincial sales tax are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.

• Returns accepted within thirty (30) days from the order date for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued at 90% of the purchase price of the product returned.
• Shipping costs (both delivery and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
• Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
