Returns are the same everywhere
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund of 90% of the product price (10% restocking fee; delivery and return shipping at the customer's cost). - Why do prices differ between countries?
- Each market has its own Nu Skin retail pricing, local taxes, currency and fulfilment costs, so our special price is set per market rather than converted from a single currency.
- Is every product available in every country?
- No. Product availability differs by market because local catalogues differ. A product page will only offer checkout in a region where that item is stocked and priced for that market.
- How long does dispatch take?
- Orders are packed within 1–2 business days in every market, and you receive a confirmation email with tracking on dispatch.
