- What happens if something is wrong with my order?
- Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you. Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund of 90% of the product price, with a 10% restocking fee and shipping at the customer's cost.
