No. NuGreatSkin is an independent, family-run reseller of genuine Nu Skin products. We are not owned by, and are not an official brand store of, Nu Skin Enterprises.

No. There is no membership, distributor sign-up or monthly subscription. Our special price is available to everyone on every order.

Australian and New Zealand orders ship from our warehouse at 2/2 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113. United States orders ship from 275 E 1325 S, Provo, UT 84606. UK, Canadian and Philippine orders are dispatched through our local fulfilment partners. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days.

Australia: $10.95 AUD standard or $14.95 AUD express, free on orders over $99 AUD. New Zealand: $19.95 AUD. United States: $4.99 USD standard, $15 express, $35–$45 premium. United Kingdom: £7.65. Canada: CA$9.95. Philippines: ₱250, free on orders over ₱5,000.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund of 90% of the product price (a 10% restocking fee applies). Delivery and return shipping are the customer's cost. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you.

How do I pay, and is checkout secure?

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We never see or store your card details. Card statements show NUGREATSKIN.
